My mood wasn’t so good at noon, but I decided to call Sarah for her birthday, talking to her made me realize I’m blessed with good friends and I suggested to take her to Lunch, we met and had a great time.

Reflect on The Day

Today was a good day, I took some time for mindfulness, I took a refreshing bath. I did some of my to do list, and I think I would have done more if I didnt let social media still my attention. I had fun with Sarah, it was a good choice to meet with her and I’m happy we did it.
